SSI Program Phases

Our SSI Program includes a unique, comprehensive approach to graduating only the highest quality sites to market-ready status.

The Strategic Sites Inventory (SSI) Program is conducted in dedicated phases to maintain a management perspective on the expenditure of resources through the site advancement process. Rigorous standards are applied throughout the lifecycle of SSI Program development, from site discovery to marketing and promotion. Each SSI Program phase prescribes a specific set of objective, a-political property and location criteria that define nationally-competitive site requirements.  Sites are advanced through the SSI Program only if the rigorous competitive standards of each phase are met. Our unbiased approach gives you the confidence you need to land projects and boost your community's economic prosperity.

Our Philosophy

Strategic Planning for Economic Development

Strategic Sites Inventory Our Clear Line of Site strategic planning process starts with Strategic Sites Inventory (SSI), an industry-leading real estate asset development program for economic development. The SSI Program informs the community strategic plan by identifying high-value properties.

Target Industry Determination We then determine industry targets matched to real estate assets, workforce capacity, infrastructure, and community culture to ensure achievable project attraction and job growth.

Community/Site Branding & Marketing Once strategic real estate assets are identified and viable industry targets determined, we collaborate with communities to develop a substance-driven branding and marketing campaign.
